St Kilda Road Business Precinct is only minutes from Sixty Two on Grey. It is easily accessible by tram from Fitzroy Street.
Return corporate customers will receive a 5 % discount on bookings made direct through Sixty Two on Grey.

SELF CHECK IN SYSTEM
As we have no onsite office, we have a very easy to use “self check in system”. Management will email you details on how to collect the keys approximately 3 days prior to arrival. You will be provided with a pin number to gain access into the gate and also for key collection. You are then able to checkin straight away.. with no fuss and saves you plenty of time…
PARKING
There is no parking onsite, however there is parking available along Grey Street (not metered ). Should you require secure parking, we do have parking available at a nearby parking building (2 mins walk from the apartments at a cost of $10 overnight). This must be pre-arranged with management prior to arrival.
SERVICE OPTIONS
The apartments are serviced on a weekly basis, however additional services can be arranged upon request at an extra charge of $40 per service.
